Lewis Ratchford Jr.
Mr. Lewis Ratchford serves as the Chief Security Officer of the VA and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Emergency Management and Resilience, Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness (OSP), Department of Veterans Affairs. In this capacity, Mr. Ratchford is responsible for managing the Department’s National Security, Emergency Management, Continuity, and Intelligence Coordination portfolios.
